User Journey & Flow Mapping: Identifying every friction point, decision branch, and key interaction state.

Fixed Deliverable Specification: Defining exact deliverables and acceptance criteria before design begins.

The Deliverable: Complete UX architecture document, low-fidelity wireframes, and locked sprint plan.

Design & Prototype

Weeks 3–4 · Visual Systems & Flows

Crafting visual systems, tactile components, and clickable realities.

Design System & Typography Architecture: Establishing fluid type scales (Fraunces + Inter), color tokens, spacing geometry, and UI kits in Figma.
High-Fidelity Screen Design: Crafting responsive desktop and mobile views with generous margins, editorial layouts, and high contrast.
Interactive Prototyping: Connecting screens into clickable user journeys for stakeholder validation and usability testing.
Client Review Gate (5-Day Window): Consolidated feedback and iteration (2 rounds included).

The Deliverable: Approved Figma design system, high-fidelity UI screens, and clickable prototype.

Engineer & Harden

Weeks 5–8 · Code & Integration

Writing clean, accessible code engineered to perform and endure.

Frontend Craft: Semantic HTML5, Vanilla CSS / modern frameworks, and synchronized motion (Lenis + GSAP ScrollTrigger).
Backend & API Architecture: Robust database schemas, secure authentication, API integrations (Stripe, AI services, email), and clean PDO/SQL queries.
Accessibility & Performance Hardening: WCAG 2.1 AA contrast compliance, keyboard navigation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Weekly Async Loom Walkthroughs: Sharing working staging builds every Friday for total visibility.

The Deliverable: Functional staging build hosted on private preview servers with passing QA checks.

Launch & Care

Weeks 9–10+ · Deployment & Stewardship

Seamless deployment, durable documentation, and ongoing partnership.

Production Rollout: DNS configuration, SSL certification, server provisioning (StackCP / Cloudflare), and zero-downtime cutover.
Knowledge Handover Package: Delivering clean Git repositories, README.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, DEPLOYMENT.md, and recorded video runbooks.
30-Day Defect Warranty: Proactive correction of any functional bugs at zero cost.
Transition to Ongoing Care: Optional monthly retainer for continuous iteration and platform maintenance.

The Deliverable: Live production product, 100% IP code transfer, and complete documentation.
